When - and how - will my order ship? I need my popcorn happiness!
Our typical turnaround time for retail orders is 1-2 business days. We do not ship or fulfill orders on weekends or holidays. Our turnaround time is subject to change during our peak seasons. We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground for shipping all retail orders.
How will I know when my order ships?
You should receive two emails after placing your order: one confirmation email (including the contents of your order and payment verification); and one tracking notification email (including the link and tracking number for your shipment).
In some cases, the tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active. If your tracking number has not become active after 48 hours, please contact the carrier or feel free to contact us at (563) 690-0885 or through the contact form on our About page.
I haven’t received my package yet. Help!
Delays through our carriers (USPS and UPS) may occur during peak seasons. If your package has not yet been delivered, we ask that you wait the standard delivery time outlined in the tracking notification email before reaching out for assistance.

Where does Freddie’s ship?
We ship to all 50 United States! We do deliver to P.O. Boxes and domestic U.S. military addresses using USPS. However, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. military addresses abroad. We are so sorry for the inconvenience!
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or my product is damaged?
If the contents of your order are incorrect or were damaged in transit, please contact us at (563) 690-0885 or through the contact form on our About page so we can fix it! Please include your order number and name if reaching out by email.
